Job Description: Job Description The HVAC Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems within a one-hour drive from Sterling Heights. Working both independently and as part of a small team, the technician ensures systems operate efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. The role includes troubleshooting malfunctions, reading blueprints, and using company-provided tools and vehicles to complete jobs effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform repairs
  • Read blueprints and technical diagrams for accurate installation
  • Test and inspect equipment to ensure proper operation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Provide clear technical answers and excellent customer service
  • Operate company vehicle and tools safely within assigned travel zone
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in HVAC and Refrigeration service
  • Proficient in HVAC system installation
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems
  • Familiarity with electrical wiring and mechanical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
