Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Layout Technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plumbing layout and field installation, along with proficiency using Trimble layout equipmentand related technology.
Responsibilities: Perform accurate plumbing layout and field measurements for multi family projects. Use Trimble equipment to establish points, elevations, sleeves, penetrations, and plumbing locations. Coordinate plumbing layouts with other trades to identify and resolve potential conflicts. Verify field conditions and communicate discrepancies to project management. Maintain accurate layout documentation and as-built information. Work closely with plumbers, foremen and other construction personnel. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications: Previous experience withplumbing layoutsin new construction. Experience operating Trimble equipment, including robotic total stations or other Trimble layout technology. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Knowledge of plumbing systems, elevations, and construction layout practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in the field. Ability to work independently as well as part of a construction team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
