About the role
Twilio is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager, Voice Media, to lead a world-scale media processing stack. You will shape the technical strategy, own system reliability, and mentor a team of senior engineers across real-time media workflows. You will partner with product and platform teams to align media capabilities with the Voice strategy, drive architecture decisions, and champion engineering excellence. Remote-friendly role based on the East Coast.
