Customer Success Manager – B2B SaaS (Financial, Legal & M&A Clients) Our client in the SaaS industry is looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager to add to their team. This is your opportunity to grow your customer success career while playing a key part in developing and refining the customer success function. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in finance and legal sectors and support the improvement of onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion processes. Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience required 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience required
  • Legal, Finance, or similar high-compliance client experience required
  • Quota-carrying experience with upsells and cross-sells required
