About the role

A leading provider of behavioral health services is hiring a Director of ABA Services to join their on-site team. This position offers a dynamic environment focused on clinical excellence and staff development. Director of
ABA Responsibilities: Oversee clinical and administrative activities of the ABA program to ensure quality standards are met. Lead and support Behavior Analysts, RBTs, and direct care staff through coaching, feedback, and professional development initiatives. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members in care and treatment planning. Manage caseloads and clinical reports, providing guidance on progress and performance. Lead program planning, including designing regionally specific initiatives and overseeing staff training and certification processes. Director of
ABA Qualifications: Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, or related field. Current BCBA certification. At least two years of experience implementing ABA interventions with children with autism. Proven experience designing ABA programs and training caregivers and staff.
