Function To recruit, interview and screen job candidates for exempt and non-exempt (temp and perm) positions and to ensure company compliance with all employment related laws. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Continuously sourcing / interviewing and building candidate pipelines for exempt and non-exempt positions. Works via social media to place open positions and to promote RS Americas as an employer of choice. Prepares job profiles and writes advertisements for permanent and temporary positions. Develops or updates job descriptions (with assistance of People Business Partner). Establish varied sources of recruiting methods. Posts job opportunities internally and externally. Attends job fairs and college recruiting fairs. Sets-up interview panels and provides panel and supervisors with interview questions. Maintain Recruiting steps in ATS. Reviews the hiring processes to ensure all equal employment opportunity legislation is met. Assists with the annual Affirmative Action plans. Assists with annual EEO reporting requirements. Assists with compliance of all employment related laws and regulations. Other HR related duties. Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities and Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate use of Word with some Excel. Ability to understand complex assignments. Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues. Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of regulatory and legislative issues in the employment area. Education and/or Experience Prefer (but not required) a four year degree in Business or related field. Some college required. Requires three to four years of recruiting experience.
