This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the global strategy for engagement with Prime System Integrator clients, particularly in the defense sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, and delivery performance across the global practice. The role demands a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on account execution to drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure consistent performance. While the primary focus is on the U.S. market, the position also involves interaction with other regions, including the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. Applicants must have a minimum of a BA/BS +12 years' experience, or equivalent, with at least 4 years' of leadership experience, and U.S. citizenship is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with Prime System Integrator and US DOW agencies, with a deep understanding of the commercial aspects of the industry. Leadership experience across geographies and multidisciplinary teams, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead accounts, complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery, are essential. The role also requires the ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams, and to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client focus.
