About the role

To drive sales success in the California territory, the part-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and engage with clients through various communication channels while working from home. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations Conduct personalized consultations to educate prospective customers on treatment options tailored to their aesthetic goals Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
