Adjunct Instructors Needed The Department of Health Sciences seeks adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate courses in Nutrition and related fields on an as-needed basis. Ideal candidates bring professional experience in their discipline and a commitment to supporting student growth through hands-on instruction, critique, and mentorship.
Qualifications: Needs a master's in nutrition or related field (minimum 18 graduate hours in nutrition or related field)Registered Dietitian preferred Church of Christ preferred Some teaching experience preferred
Responsibilities: Teach lecture and lab weekly on Tuesday/Thursday Create a grocery list weekly Ensure students follow lab cleaning procedures Other duties as assigned
Education: Masters or better in Clinical Nutrition or related field.
