About the role

FutureCare is seeking a Restorative Aide to work under the supervision of a licensed nurse, implementing treatment plans from a licensed physical therapist and delivering basic restorative care and rehabilitative programs to residents. You will help maintain a safe environment, document activities, and support residents through structured programs while upholding clinical policies and excellent care standards.
