Waymo is seeking a Senior Safety Management System Analytics Specialist to lead how SMS performance is measured and reported. You will develop reliable metrics across safety processes and translate complex trends into actionable recommendations for senior leaders. You will partner across teams to ensure owners are assigned and solutions deliver measurable results, driving continual improvement of Waymo’s safety programs. This role is hybrid with travel ~10%.
