Join Our Team: Optometric Technician/Receptionist We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team at our growing private optometry practice in southeast Chandler. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude, and interested in building relationships with patients, we would love to meet you. Our office uses the latest technology and offers high-quality products, but what really sets us apart is the care we provide for our patients and the supportive environment we have created for our team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Performing preliminary testing before the doctor sees patients
  • Teaching patients how to insert and remove contact lenses
  • Processing insurance authorizations and claims
  • Ordering contact lenses and helping with other daily office tasks
Experience in an optometry or ophthalmology office is preferred, and familiarity with OfficeMate is a plus. We are looking for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and is willing to be flexible wherever needed. Half day Saturdays are required. Pay is based on experience. If you're looking for a practice where you will be appreciated, enjoy coming to work, and have the opportunity to grow, we would love to hear from you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
