Outpatient Pharmacy Operations ManagerThe position is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operational initiatives that support safe, efficient, and standardized outpatient pharmacy services. The incumbent provides leadership and oversight for outpatient pharmacy projects, process improvement initiatives, policy and procedure development, workflow standardization, staff education and competency programs, regulatory compliance activities, and implementation of new operational processes.
