In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual execution within the Victoria's Secret business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actionsProduct storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer's experienceCategory-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reportsSales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store ManagerDirect reports, as assigned, including Victoria's Secret Supervisors and/or Selling AssociatesThis role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the businessStore Leadership ExpectationsLeading and demonstrating company valuesExecuting the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally sellingCoaching & development of associatesExecuting Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hoursMaintaining visual merchandising standardsCollaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless executionLeading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competenciesDemonstrating and leading company policy and proceduresAdditional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processingMinimum Salary: $20.50Maximum Salary: $26.46VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.
