Pharmacy Manager – Bravo Pharmacy, Watertown, MA | Full-time | In personHelp shape how a growing pharmacy delivers care. At Bravo Pharmacy, a prescription is part of an ongoing relationship. Our patients have complex medication needs, and dependable care requires coordination between our team, patients, caregivers, prescribers, and facilities. We’re an independent, closed-door pharmacy providing medication coordination, compliance packaging, and delivery. We also serve facilities and healthcare providers with long-acting injectable medications. We’re looking for a pharmacy manager who enjoys caring for patients, developing people, and making the pharmacy work better. What you’ll do: Lead daily pharmacy operations while remaining actively involved in dispensing and patient care. Train, coach, and support the team through clear expectations and consistent follow-through. Improve workflows to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and keep medication deliveries on time. Coordinate care with patients, caregivers, prescribers, and facilities. Oversee inventory, documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Help evaluate and implement technology and processes that support the pharmacy’s growth. What you’ll bring A current, unrestricted Massachusetts pharmacist license. Several years of pharmacist experience in a fast-paced pharmacy setting. Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computers and pharmacy software, with a willingness to adopt new technology. A collaborative approach, initiative, and commitment to patient care. Previous pharmacy management or team leadership experience preferred. Experience with long-term care, compliance packaging, or long-acting injectable services is a plus. ScheduleCurrently Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., with occasional after-hours availability for rare, urgent patient needs. As Bravo expands, the schedule may include a weekend day.
Compensation and benefits: Annual base salary: $135,000–$145,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonus. Health insurance available. 401(k) with company matching. Paid time off. Employee discount.
