As Senior Project Manager, you will own the planning and execution of high-priority initiatives across BlackCloak's organization, keeping multiple workstreams moving in parallel with clarity and momentum. You will build and manage detailed project plans from the ground up - defining milestones, tracking dependencies, surfacing risks, and holding stakeholders accountable to timelines. Partnering closely with team leads and the Executive Team, you will serve as the connective tissue across departments, ensuring that organizational priorities translate into coordinated, on-time delivery.The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable wearing many different hats, embracing change, and executing with ambiguous requirements. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence. At the end of the day, the perfect person is someone who makes it happen.What You Will DoBuild and manage detailed project plans across multiple simultaneous initiatives, including timelines, milestones, owners, and dependenciesDrive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams, keeping workstreams on track and stakeholders alignedFacilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives - and follow through to ensure decisions translate into actionIdentify and escalate risks, blockers, and scope changes before they become problems, with a proposed path forwardMaintain a clear, real-time view of project health across your portfolio and communicate it consistently to leadershipPartner with team leads to resource projects appropriately and flag capacity constraints earlyCreate and maintain the systems, templates, and processes that make project execution repeatable and scalable across the orgTranslate ambiguous initiatives into structured plans with clear deliverables, owners, and timelinesTrack and report on progress against organizational priorities, surfacing insights that help leadership make faster, better decisionsWhat You Will Need to be Successful5–8 years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and at scopeDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail or momentum on any single workstreamStrong command of project management tools and methodologies - whether that's Agile, Waterfall, or a pragmatic mix of bothExperience building project infrastructure from scratch, not just inheriting existing processesExceptional ability to communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both practitioners and senior leadershipComfortable operating in ambiguity - able to create structure and move forward without waiting for perfect informationA natural collaborator who can influence and align stakeholders across teams without direct authorityHigh accountability orientation - you follow up, follow through, and hold others to commitments without being a bottleneckPMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification a plus, but demonstrated execution track record matters moreExperience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a similarly technical domain$125,000 - $145,000 a yearFinal offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.About BlackCloakBlackCloak is an extremely fast-growing company in an entirely new product category.
