About the role
Winder Operator CTo learn fundamentals of the process while assisting machine operators while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment High school graduate or equivalent Mechanical aptitude Good oral/written communication skills Computing knowledge Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. Any supplemental responsibilities as determined by supervision. Assist adjoining line if necessary Maintain equipment, notifying supervisor or Senior Extrusion Technician / Lead of any maintenance issues requiring immediate attention Slab rolls, load scrap unwinder, and grind scrap.
