About the role

Head of Product – Incident Management (Remote)We’re hiring a Head of Product to lead mission-critical incident management tools used by fire agencies and emergency operations teams during active wildfire and extreme-weather events. This role is for a product leader with real incident management experience. You’ll own product strategy and execution for situational awareness and incident response tools that bring real-time weather, fire behavior, and operational intelligence directly to incident commanders, dispatchers, and EOCs.
What you’ll do: Lead product strategy and roadmap for incident management and situational awareness products Turn complex weather, fire, and geospatial data into clear, actionable insights for responders Partner closely with engineering, science, and customer domain experts Work directly with fire agencies and incident management teams to shape real-world workflows Manage and mentor a small team of Product Managers What we’re looking for 10+ years in product management, including leadership experience Direct experience with incident management, emergency response, or wildfire operations Strong understanding of CAD systems and ICS/NIMS workflows Experience building real-time, mission-critical software for operational users
