The Practice Structure: An autonomous and independent Crna only practice opportunity in Sitka, AK

Schedule: o 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off ample time to explore the unique beauty and adventure of Southeast Alaska!o Within this rotation: 2 weeks total call and 4 weeks of 10-hour shifts (Tues-Fri)

Preferred Qualifications: o 2+ years' experience in independent/autonomous practiceo Peripheral/Neuraxial experience preferred (willingness to learn)o Central Line/Aline experience preferred (willingness to learn) Scope of Practice:o Bread-and-Butter cases General Surgery, ENT, Ortho, Podiatry, OB/Gyn, Endoscopy, Urology, and Dentalo Patient Population: Healthy pediatrics, low-risk OB; elective procedures limited to healthy adults but is critical access facility in remote rural communityo Collaborative and supportive team culture within a non-profit organization that truly values its employees Exciting Future:o Be part of exciting growth move into a state-of-art facility in 2026!o Employer has expanded Crna positions to offer better work life balanceo Opportunities for continued skill development: Employer invests significantly in advancing Crna practice through training, technology, and service line expansion.
