About the role
To drive sales productivity and field effectiveness, the full-time salaried VP of Revenue Enablement will develop and execute a global enablement strategy, collaborating with various teams to enhance onboarding, training, and product launch readiness in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive global revenue enablement strategy aligned with company objectives and growth initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify enablement priorities and ensure effective field readiness for new products and features
Lead and manage global onboarding, technical training, and continuous learning programs for Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Services teams
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, education, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement or related functions, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within software or cybersecurity companies
Proven experience in building and scaling enablement programs in high-growth technology organizations
Strong understanding of software product development lifecycles and go-to-market processes
Exceptional content development skills for technical training and enablement programs
