Job Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have valid Ohio Driver's license and Auto insurance.
Must be willing to drive up to 30 minutes to client's homes.
