What You'll Do: You'll play a critical role in keeping materials moving and operations running smoothly.

In this role, you will:

Pick, pack, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Package products according to quality and cleanliness standards.
Inspect materials and products for quality and compliance.
Receive, put away, and organize incoming inventory.
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits tomaintainaccuracy.
Clean and prepare parts for shipment and production use.
Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
Generate andmaintainwarehouse labels and identification systems.
Research inventory and order activity using warehouse and ERP systems.
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that make work safer, smarter, and more efficient.
Helpmaintaina clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.

Qualifications: RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.3+ years of related warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer and inventory system skills. Strong communicationand organizational skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.

Preferred: Experience with inventory control and cycle counting. Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems. Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices. Experience in manufacturing, medical device, semiconductor, or relatedindustries

Physical Requirements:

Frequentlylift upto 25 lbs.
Occasionally lift 25+ lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and work within a warehouse environment
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
