Key Responsibilities:Strategic Revenue LeadershipOwn end-to-end revenue strategy across geographies, service lines, and industry verticals.
Define and drive growth roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Ensure revenue diversification across existing accounts, new client acquisition, and partnerships.

Champion c onsultative and value-based selling.
Drive Customer Success & CSAT initiatives for revenue retention and expansion.
Sales & Revenue OperationsEstablish adata-driven sales model:forecasting, pipeline visibility, win/loss analysis, and deal governance.
Implement scalable sales processes, KPIs, and metrics for predictability.
Optimize account planning and cross-selling across offerings.
Partnerships & Ecosystem DevelopmentBuild alliances with technology partners.
Co-create go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners.
Generate joint revenue opportunities through partnerships.
Cross-Functional CollaborationAlign with Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Presales for seamless execution.
Partner with HR/Talent teams to ensure a skilled, high-performing sales force.
Work with COO/Delivery to ensure commitments are met.
Leadership & Global ExposureLead and mentor globalsales, account management, and customer success teams.
Build scalable structures to support multi-country and multi-industry growth.
Represent the company in industry forums, analyst briefings, and client summits.
P&L & Board-Level AccountabilityOwn revenue targets, margins, and profitability.
Report directly to the CEO and provide strategic insights to the board.
Key Skills & Experience:Experience:20+ years in IT Services / Technology Services with global sales, revenue management, and customer success leadership.
Leadership:Proven experience leadingmulti-country sales, account management, and customer success teams.
Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding ofCloud, Infra, AI/Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, and Digital services.
Strategic & Analytical Skills:Ability to define revenue strategy, GTM plans, forecast revenue, and drive data-driven sales operations.
Client & Partner Engagement:Strong CXO-level relationship management; experience managingstrategic partnerships and alliances.
Business Acumen:P&L ownership, margin optimization, and experience withboard-level reporting.
