About the role
Fireworks is seeking a Principal GTM Enablement Manager to stand up go-to-market enablement. The role sits in Revenue Operations and reports to the Head of GTM Enablement, with on-site duties in San Mateo.
You will co-create Firecademy, develop role-based ramp journeys, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to translate product into field readiness. The role focuses on enabling AEs, AI Field Engineers, and BDRs while shaping the enablement tools and assets.
