Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr DOE
About the Role: Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for in-person school-based contract positions across West Palm Beach County. We have multiple full-time and part-time openings serving elementary, middle, and high school students. Part-time positions can also be combined across neighboring sites to create a customized full-time schedule. Key Highlights: Flexible Schedules: Full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) and part-time options available. Supportive Environment: New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply—supervision is provided! On-Site Impact: Work directly with K–12 students to provide evaluations, direct therapy, and IEP support (no virtual roles).Streamlined Hiring: Fast-track submission process with virtual interviews.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Sciences and Disorders. Active FL SLP License (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow) OR FLDOE Speech-Language Impaired Educator Certification. Passion for supporting diverse K–12 student populations.
