Enterprise Account Manager Hunter Recruiting | Remote Candidates must reside in the Greater Indianapolis Area Enterprise Account Manager The Enterprise Account Manager is a growth-focused sales role responsible for expanding Hunter’s presence within existing large enterprise clients. This role focuses on identifying untapped opportunities, developing new relationships across business units, locations, and hiring teams, and converting those relationships into new job orders and revenue. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, and skilled at navigating complex organizations. They are energized by uncovering opportunities, building relationships with new stakeholders, and expanding Hunter’s footprint within strategic accounts.
Enterprise Account Manager Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth within assigned enterprise accounts by generating new job orders and expanding Hunter’s penetration across the organization. Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify target business units, locations, departments, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders. Prospect within existing enterprise clients through outbound calling, email, networking, referrals, internal introductions, and social selling. Build relationships with new hiring managers and decision-makers beyond Hunter’s established contacts. Conduct discovery conversations to understand workforce plans, hiring challenges, upcoming projects, organizational changes, and areas where Hunter can provide recruiting support. Identify whitespace opportunities and expand Hunter into new functions, geographies, skill sets, and business units. Leverage existing client success, relationships, and delivery performance to gain introductions and expand Hunter’s visibility throughout the organization. Develop relationships at multiple levels of the client organization, including hiring managers, procurement, HR/Talent Acquisition, and business leadership. Partner closely with Recruiting teams to understand candidate capabilities, market conditions, and opportunities to proactively bring talent solutions to clients. Maintain an active pipeline of account-expansion opportunities and consistently move prospects toward active job orders. Maintain accurate CRM records including contacts, outreach activity, opportunities, job-order pipeline, and account intelligence. Monitor organizational changes, hiring trends, projects, investments, and other developments within assigned accounts that may create opportunities for Hunter. Communicate account strategy, pipeline activity, market intelligence, risks, and wins to leadership. Meet and exceed established goals for client meetings, new hiring-manager relationships, job orders, account penetration, and revenue growth.
Enterprise Account Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, account management, enterprise sales, or a related B2B sales environment preferred. Demonstrated ability to grow existing client relationships and generate new revenue opportunities. Experience navigating large, complex organizations and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders. Strong prospecting mentality with a willingness to proactively pursue new contacts and opportunities within assigned accounts. Ability to identify whitespace and develop strategic account penetration plans. Strong discovery, relationship-building, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Commercial mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability for results. Ability to collaborate effectively with Recruiting, Operations, and other internal teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and opportunities simultaneously. Strong technological aptitude and CRM proficiency preferred. Why Join Hunter?
