About the role
Nominal is seeking a Real Estate & Workplaces Lead to own strategy, expansion, and day‑to‑day performance of its global workplace portfolio. You’ll shape where Nominal grows, lead office launches and buildouts, and establish a consistent standard across locations.
You’ll balance long‑range planning with hands‑on execution, partnering with People, Finance, IT, Security, Design, and Legal while managing brokers, landlords, architects, and vendors. Regular travel is required.
