About the role
Tidal Basin Holdco, LLC is seeking a Case Manager to support disaster-impacted clients and applicants. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, assess unmet needs, and help develop Recovery Plans. Local candidates only. Responsibilities include coordinating services, building relationships, conducting outreach, documenting outcomes, and ensuring safety training across teams.
