The ideal candidates will have a background in product-focused manufacturing, with a passion for helping privately held companies navigate growth, drive innovation, and strengthen governance. The Independent Directors will be responsible for providing independent perspective, challenging conventional thinking, and supporting management accountability. They will also play a key role in ensuring the company remains aligned with the ownership family's values, vision, and long-term objectives. Candidates for the Independent Director positions should have a minimum of 25 years' of executive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering-focused, food service equipment, retail, consumer products, or related industries. Experience as a current or former CEO, President, COO, CFO, Division President, General Manager, or comparable senior executive, with a proven track record of leading organizations with significant annual revenue, is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of customer-focused business models, channel strategy, and market dynamics, as well as experience in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and product innovation. The ideal candidates will have a background in international distribution, supply chain management, and organizational scaling, and experience with founder-led, privately held, family-owned, or multigenerational enterprises.
