Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist/ Temp To Perm We are seeking a polished, personable, and motivated Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity with a collaborative and professional team. This is a great fit for a recent college graduate looking to begin their career or someone with 1–3 years of administrative, reception, or office experience looking for their next long-term opportunity. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for the office
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Manage conference rooms and assist with meeting setup and catering
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies and help keep shared spaces organized
  • Provide light administrative support including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative needs
  • Help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Recent graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply
  • Previous administrative, reception, customer service, internship, or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Polished, professional, and comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
