Position Summary: Needing students who can help in the mail room as a Mail Tech. Assist by delivering mail/packages throughout campusshipping and receiving mail/packages. Looking for students to work for up to 20 hours a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with receiving mail/package. Assist with shipping mail/packages. Email notifications to students when packages arrive. Sorting mail. Delivery of mail and packages throughout campus. Occasionally driving a golf cart for deliveries. Create and update excel worksheets with students who live on campus. Assist in the copy room by taking orders and creating the orders from various departments. Education, Certifications and/or Licenses None required Experience None required, will train!
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.• Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.• Ability to work independently in the most efficient manner with minimum supervision.• Ability to demonstrate and provide quality customer service.• Ability to be discrete in handling confidential matters, while comply with FERPA regulations.• Strong attention to detail and quality of work.• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.• Ability to write correspondence.• Ability to complete all physical task as required.• Ability to work cooperatively and productively in a highly active setting.
