Executive AssistantThe Executive Assistant will play a key role in coordinating administrative functions, preparing proposals and contracts, and ensuring seamless communication between management and the operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable holding others accountable to keep projects on track. This role involves both client-facing and internal responsibilities, requiring strong communication and follow-through skills.Key Responsibilities:Draft, edit, and manage proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents.Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines, budgets, and commitments are met.Provide consistent follow-up with the operations team to ensure tasks are completed according to plan.Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and organize company documentation.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership review.Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal staff as needed.Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling calls/emails.Qualifications:Basic office/administrative experience required.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Self-motivated with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.Strong personality with the ability to keep teams accountable and projects on track.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.Location: Williamsburg, NYType: Full-timeSalary: $30/hour
