This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that client needs are met promptly and effectively. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, coordinating project timelines, and tracking deliverables. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, prepare proposals, and support the implementation of solutions and services. The role also involves monitoring account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing regular reports and updates for both clients and management. Qualifications Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation skills. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret client needs, address issues, and recommend appropriate solutions. Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts across departments. Prior experience in account management, client services, or a related role is highly beneficial. Proficiency with common office software and CRM or account management tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
