Parts Counter Representative Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 70 years of experience servicing the northeastern US. The Parts Representative will have a hand in all aspects of the parts department including marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets. The position requires a friendly disposition with the ability to interact with a broad base of customers.

Qualifications: Diesel Agriculture/Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Computer skills Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities: Interact and sell parts to walk-in and call-in customers. Shipping and receiving parts orders. Stocking shelves Lift items weighing up to 75lbs. Take ownership of merchandising and maintaining the showroom area Other responsibilities based on experience. Operate forklift (will train)Assist in Parts inventory. Maintain and develop product knowledge.
