About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the growth and management of our Commercial Auto insurance program.
Responsibilities:
Support Commercial Auto program expansion into additional states, including product/rate filings, rate analysis, and regulatory research. Assist with program management, including underwriting guideline development, portfolio analysis, and performance monitoring. Coordinate with MGAs, brokers, and other business partners on underwriting, program operations, and new business opportunities. Participate in process improvement, system development, and data/AI-driven automation initiatives. Support other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.2+ years of Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred. Strong work ethic, integrity, diligence, and sense of responsibility. Ability to work effectively with management and collaborate as part of a team, as well as independently. Bilingual in English and Korean preferred; English proficiency required. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
