About the role

UW Medicine Advancement seeks a Director for Philanthropy to lead strategic major gifts initiatives for UW Medicine’s Institute for Protein Design and other priorities. You will cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts while coordinating with academic leaders, volunteers, and donors in a matrixed environment. The role requires building trusted donor relationships, delivering tailored proposals, and guiding fundraising partnerships across departments.
