About the role
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own Salesforce product backlogs, translate requirements into epics, and drive process improvements across platforms. In this role, you will design declarative Salesforce solutions, support data integrity, and lead UAT, release validations, and adoption initiatives.
