Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Milford, CT. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, conducting sales outreach, and managing client relationships to promote leadership development and coaching services. The specialist will develop and execute marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and digital content, to increase brand awareness and drive client engagement. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining sales pipelines and reports, providing customer support, and assisting in the creation and delivery of training materials and presentations. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering client feedback, and recommending improvements to sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships. Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a B2B or professional services environment. Experience in Training and facilitation, supporting workshops, presentations, or client education initiatives. Sales Management capabilities, such as managing pipelines, forecasting, and using CRM tools to track activities and outcomes. Knowledge of marketing principles, including basic digital marketing, social media, and campaign coordination. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in leadership development, coaching, consulting, or international business is an advantage.
