Program AssistantSupports client's program operations through contract and payment processing, grantee coordination, tracking/reporting, and grant issue resolution, while assisting with event logistics for the client's Annual Meeting and client's Innovation Summit and providing support across additional client's programs.Responsibilities:Supporting the program manager with contract management, payment processing management, grantee engagement.Support, updating tracking sheets, developing best practice materials, coordinating with team members other internal depts as needed to resolve grant issues/needs.Client's Annual Meeting and client's Innovation Summit: client's flagship annual events occur at the end of October, so supporting logistics around the events is also needed.Support of additional client's programs as needed (Accelerators, Global Entrepreneur Program, and Quantum Hubs)Cogent Infotech is a leading tech consulting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, offering cutting-edge digital transformation solutions in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics and AI.
