A1 Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is a Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage firm that provides personalized one-on-one service to help individuals and businesses through the logistics process. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service while helping our clients navigate through the import and export process.  We currently have an open position for an Import/Export Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have recently graduated or is pursuing a degree in International Business.  The ideal candidate is well-organized, customer-focused, and has strong communication skills.
Role Description: The Import Export Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in North Miami, FL. This position manages daily import and export activities, including preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating shipments with carriers, and ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. The coordinator will communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to track shipments, resolve issues, and provide timely updates. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records, supporting billing and invoicing for international shipments, and contributing to continuous improvement of logistics workflows. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in Import Export operations, including handling both Import and Export processes. Proficiency in Export Documentation, with the ability to prepare, review, and manage required paperwork accurately. Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and timely support for clients and partners. Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs brokerage procedures, and international shipping regulations is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in North Miami, FL, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Basic proficiency with logistics software, MS Office tools, and data entry for shipment tracking and recordkeeping. Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or international trade; formal education in a related field is a plus.
