About the role

Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR team, align HR strategies with organizational values, and oversee all facets of the employee lifecycle across multiple locations. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer, supervises staff and vendors, drives talent acquisition, compensation and benefits design, compliance with employment laws, and DEIB initiatives while partnering with senior leaders.
