About the role

Assembler We are seeking an Assembler to install parts and hardware on wafer fabrication equipment in a clean-room environment. This role involves navigating computer-based work instructions and using hand tools and fixtures to assemble components. The position requires working the FRONT-END NIGHT shift from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM PST.
Key Responsibilities: Navigate computer-based work instructions to install parts and hardware. Effectively use hand tools, torque wrenches, equipment, and fixtures to assemble wafer fabrication equipment. Read and interpret work instructions and in a team to ensure workflow and production schedules are maintained. Provide flexibility for changing priorities, including rework and pilot build projects. Ensure correct parts are delivered and perform visual inspection of components prior to to all safety protocols, including using appropriate PPE, following clean room procedures, and LOTO policies. Identify and communicate production issues and suggest continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Ability to work 12-plus hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. Capability to lift and install parts up to 35 pounds manually. Ability to perform tasks requiring kneeling, crouching, and with hand tools such as calipers, wrenches, hoists, screwdrivers, and torque wrenches. Ability to work at a height of 22 inches from the ground and scale a 10-step ladder.
Technical Skills: Able to utilize computer-based data systems and to navigate and use Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).Ability to navigate diagnostic software on a computer.
Other Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail.
