Now you're looking for a role where you can have real influence on the work, the client relationships and the marketing strategy behind both.Brandner Communications is looking for an experienced Account Supervisor who can step back and see the big picture, then roll up their sleeves and help make the work happen.Brandner Communications is a national, full-service marketing agency based in Federal Way, Washington. You'll work directly with agency leadership, have a real voice in the strategy and the work, and be surrounded by people who care deeply about doing great work and doing right by our clients.What You'll Do:Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field5+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environmentProven strength in strategic thinking and client relationship developmentExcellent communication, presentation and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple clients, deadlines and priorities with confidence and composureExperience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, influencer, PR, print, video, events and technologyFinancial acumen and comfort managing budgets and scopes of workCollaborative team player with a passion for smart, creative solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office and a project management systemLead and grow key client relationships, serving as both a trusted strategic advisor and hands-on leader.Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, goals, audiences and competitive landscape.Help shape annual marketing strategies, plans and budgets.Translate business objectives into clear marketing priorities and actionable programs.Lead integrated campaigns across creative, digital, media, public relations, content, social and other channels.Work closely with internal teams to provide clear direction, establish priorities and keep everyone aligned.Jump in where needed to keep the work moving and maintain a high standard.Manage budgets, timelines and deliverables while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and bring forward ideas that help clients achieve their business goals.Lead client meetings, presentations and strategic conversations with confidence.Build strong relationships across all levels of client organizations.Partner closely with Brandner leadership and department leads to bring the right thinking and resources to each client.Mentor and support account team members.What We're Looking For10+ years of account service experience, preferably within an advertising, marketing or integrated communications agency.Proven experience leading significant client relationships and integrated marketing programs.Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect marketing activity to business objectives.Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.Confidence working directly with senior-level client executives.Strong understanding of the creative and marketing process across multiple disciplines.Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without losing sight of the details.Comfortable stepping back to see the big picture and rolling up your sleeves to get the work done.A collaborative leadership style and the ability to work well across different personalities and disciplines.Good judgment, curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding a client's business.Building products, construction or B2B experience is a plus, but not required.The DetailsThis is a full-time, in-office position based in Federal Way, Washington.Brandner offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off and paid holidays.
