Accounting ClerkInsight Global is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support a growing finance organization in Scottsdale, AZ. This individual will serve as a key member of the accounting team by supporting day-to-day operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Commission Processing, and Month-End Close activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to expand their accounting skill set while partnering with multiple departments across the business.Day-to-DayProcess Accounts Payable transactions, including vendor setup, invoice review, and payment processingResearch and resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiriesTrack vendor contracts and renewal dates while coordinating with internal stakeholdersAssist with annual 1099 reporting and compliance activitiesGenerate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivablesPerform monthly A/R reviews and collections follow-up on past-due balancesPost and reconcile daily bank transactions and account activityProcess and record commission statements received from external partnersResearch commission-related questions and collaborate with Operations and Sales teamsAssist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, and GL coding correctionsWhy Someone Would Be InterestedBroad exposure across nearly every area of accounting and financeOpportunity to gain hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and SalesforceStrong contract-to-hire potentialCollaborative team environment with visibility across multiple departmentsExcellent opportunity for an Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant, AP Specialist, AR Specialist, Bookkeeper, or Junior Accountant looking to advance their career
