About the role
EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients, shaping agendas and growing EY’s BTG capability. You will guide executives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive delivery excellence across architecture, data, and change programs while pursuing new business opportunities and client value.
