About the role

To support the strategic development and execution of diversified care delivery service investments, the full-time Strategic Advisor, Care Delivery will manage governance structures, conduct data analysis for partnership initiatives, and oversee project implementation in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Manage shared governance structures and facilitate meetings to identify and prioritize strategic partnership initiatives Conduct data analysis and research to support business case development for diversified care delivery service growth Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives by defining project scope, allocating resources, and monitoring progress Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree Experience in business development, strategic planning, or healthcare operations preferred Strong understanding of CuraCor Solutions and its strategic imperatives Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for decision-making
