Responsibilities:
Operate double-needle sewing machines to produce consistent, high-quality stitched products Set up, thread, and adjust double-needle machines for various fabric types and stitch specifications Inspect finished pieces for quality control, ensuring seams meet production standards Monitor machine performance and make minor mechanical adjustments as needed Follow production schedules to meet daily output and efficiency goals Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety guidelines Report equipment malfunctions or material defects to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
Previous experience operating double-needle or industrial sewing machines preferred Ability to read and follow sewing patterns, diagrams, or work orders Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality stitchwork Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a production environment Basic mechanical aptitude for machine threading, tensioning, and adjustments Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to meet production quotas in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
