Requirements:
NO cold-calling orlead generation required. All leads are sourced andpre-confirmed by our internal call center team. In this role, you canexpect to: Conduct in-home consultations tounderstand homeowner needs for roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and doors and provide tailedsolutions for our exterior remodeling productsand services. Present and demonstrate ourproducts and services with enthusiasm andconfidence. Build and maintain strongcustomer relationships and address questionsor concerns. Meet with 2-3 homeowners per daywithin your radius to conduct presentation.
Qualifications:
Strong background insales, preferably in the home improvement industry. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with astrong work ethic and ability to workindependently. Strong negotiation and closingskills. Must have a validdriver's license, reliable transportation, and be able topass a background check. Why work at Exterior Point?
