Logistics Clerk IIHybridMonday- Friday- 8:30a- 5:30pRate: $25.00/hrH.B. Fuller is seeking a Clerk II to provide administrative and clerical support that helps maintain efficient business operations. This role manages records, processes documentation, and supports internal and external communications with accuracy and professionalism. The successful candidate will contribute to data integrity, workflow efficiency, and excellent customer service.Primary ResponsibilitiesProcess, file, and maintain business records and documentation.Enter and update data accurately in company systems.Respond to routine inquiries from employees, customers, and vendors.Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.Monitor and distribute incoming communications.Support scheduling, meetings, and office coordination activities.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Follow company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1+ year of clerical, administrative, or office support experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.Ability to accurately manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.Preferred RequirementsAssociate degree in Business Administration or a related field.2+ years of administrative or customer service experience.Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or document management systems.Training or certification in office administration or records management.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $25.00.In addition to your salary, H.B.
