Job Title: Merchandise Manager

Los Angeles, CA | On site | Monday through FridayWe are seeking a Merchandise Manager to keep our product and account initiatives moving from idea to finish line. This highly visible role supports the entire company and is ideal for someone who pairs strong organization with the people skills to keep projects moving without creating friction.
Position Overview:
The Merchandise Manager owns the tracking and execution of our merch plans across all brands and accounts. You will sit in our internal product meetings and key retail buyer meetings, capture every new idea and request, and make sure each one is added to a merch plan and driven to completion. You will follow up with Creative for artwork, Product Development for samples, Packaging, and Marketing to keep every project on schedule. If an idea is approved, you are the person who makes sure it happens. The right person knows how to follow up persistently while building strong working relationships, so teams want to help rather than feel chased.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- On site in Los Angeles, Monday through Friday 3+ years of merchandising experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tactful, personable, and easy to work with
- Able to manage many projects and deadlines at once
- Strong people skills; able to get what's needed from busy teams while keeping relationships positive
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude)ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
- Consumer products or retail background preferred
